q: How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders usually ship within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed.

 
q: How do you ship items?

All items will ship by the United States Post Office.

 
q: When do I get a tracking number?

You will get a tracking number as soon as we process the order. Just because you get a tracking number doesn't mean your order shipped. Items ship within 1-3 days of when we process the order.

 

RETURNS

 
q: How long do I have to return my item?

30-day Return policy from when the order was delivered.

Any item returned must be unused, has not been installed, or have any sign of use, and, be in the original packaging. Any order that is returned and has damage from the customer will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for paying to ship the order back to them. Any questions before returning the item please email or call first.

 
q: Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes a 20% restocking fee on all orders that are returned not due to damage or the wrong item shipped.
